GymNotebook is a focused workout tracker. The app is designed to keep your data on your device. We do not operate a backend service that stores your workout history at this time.

Information You Provide

You can enter workout details, templates, and custom exercises. This information is stored locally on your device. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message so we can reply.

Platform Health Features

GymNotebook may use platform health features, such as Apple Health where available and enabled, to read profile data and write workout summaries or energy estimates. Health data is used only to power app features and is not sent to our servers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers in the app.

Data Retention

Your workout data stays on your device until you delete it within the app or remove the app from your device.

Your Choices

You can disable platform health permissions at any time in your device settings. You can also turn optional features off in the app at any time.
